Meet Madison Farnsworth
Madison Farnsworth is a dedicated and experienced personal injury attorney who has successfully handled a wide range of injury claims, from car accidents and slip-and-fall premises liability cases to dental malpractice and dog bite incidents.
When Madison started law school, she knew she wanted to use her law degree to help others, especially those who are so often rebuffed by the justice system. She exclusively took on internships that served the greater public, including placements at the Arizona Supreme Court and at multiple Public Defense agencies as part of her prestigious Gideon Fellowship.
Upon graduation, Madison refined her courtroom advocacy skills as a Public Defender for Maricopa County, where her empathy for people from all walks of life grew even further. Madison then went on to practice social security disability law, where she relayed her clients’ complicated medical histories in compelling briefs to help them obtain disability benefits that were initially denied. Subsequently, Madison worked as a defense attorney for a large civil litigation firm, but this prior experience proved to be an asset when Madison left that firm to devote her career to Plaintiff’s personal injury law.
Now, having handled countless personal injury claims from start to finish, Madison is proud to fight for her injured clients’ rights to fair compensation while providing compassionate representation that extends beyond the courtroom.
